Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations require a non-refundable $500 processing fee

• All cancellations must be received in writing by June 1, 2019

• All payments become final and non-refundable for cancellations occurring June 2 or later.

• If for any reason Firefly Institute is forced to cancel the Workshop, all payments will be refunded in full.

• If you are purchasing a flight to attend camp, please purchase trip-insurance. In 2017 camp was cancelled due to a local area emergency. If camp is cancelled, your camp fees will be refunded, all additional expenses are your responsibility.

Transfer Policy

• You may transfer your registration to someone else by August 1, 2019

• Transfer requests must be received in writing by August 1, 2019

• The new Registrant will assume the original Registrant's classes

• The new Registrant may request class changes and will be accommodated, if possible
